These Terms govern your use of laylaberrada.com, operated by M + K Advisors LLC, 15 Broad Street, Suite 2720, New York, NY 10005 (“M + K Advisors,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Layla Berrada Executive Advisory & Coaching offers executive transition coaching provided through M + K Advisors and delivered by Layla Berrada. Paid coaching engagements are governed by a separate written client agreement, which takes priority over these Terms where they differ.
Coaching is not professional advice
Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or legal, financial or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and results.
Bookings and payments
Bookings, fees, payment schedules and cancellations are set out in your client agreement.
Text messaging
Clients who provide their mobile number and agree to receive texts consent to messages from M + K Advisors about scheduling, reminders, follow-ups and their coaching engagement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, materials, videos and the LANDED method materials, belongs to its owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, M + K Advisors and Layla Berrada are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
