About
Twenty years on the hiring side of the table.
I am Layla Berrada. Before I became a coach, I spent two decades as an operating executive, at VP and CEO level, across investment, real estate, industry, and food. I hired, promoted, and negotiated at senior level, and I saw how those decisions are really made, from the inside of the room. My launch of the LANDED Method was featured on Yahoo Finance, Apple News, Benzinga and 440+ news outlets.
I am an iPEC Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. I coach in English and French, with clients across US, European, and international markets.
