Text messaging (SMS)

We send text messages only to clients who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive texts, typically in their client agreement. Messages relate to scheduling, session reminders, follow-ups and the coaching engagement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers who help us deliver our messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as scheduling, email, phone and payment providers, and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
